North Carolina’s autism insurance mandate (SB 676) requires most state-regulated health plans to cover ABA therapy, and Medicaid covers ABA for children under 21 through the EPSDT benefit. We help every family navigate their coverage and authorization process from day one.

Charlotte is North Carolina’s largest city, and commuting to a clinic across town during rush hour on I-77 shouldn’t be part of your child’s therapy plan. Our in-home approach eliminates the drive so your family can focus on what matters.

Most ABA providers in North Carolina operate out of clinics. We deliver all therapy in your child’s natural environment: at home, at school, or in the community. No commute, no waiting room, and your child builds skills in the settings where they actually need them.

ABA is covered for children under 21 through the EPSDT benefit. Your regional Tailored Plan (LME/MCO) manages authorization. We handle the authorization process for you regardless of which LME/MCO covers your area.
Often, yes. Hospital-system and university waitlists across NC can stretch months to over a year. Our evaluations are conducted by a licensed psychologist and can typically be scheduled faster. Contact us and we'll walk you through timing.
