Tara is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and clinical leader with more than 14 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, including 10 years as a BCBA and nearly 5 years in clinical leadership. She has worked with individuals with autism and developmental differences across a wide range of ages, abilities, and clinical needs, with a particular passion for supporting individuals with complex and severe behavior challenges.
She is committed to providing compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based ABA services. Her clinical experience includes functional behavior assessment, treatment planning, Practical Functional Assessment, Skills-Based Treatment, trauma-informed care, and ACT-informed approaches. She especially enjoys problem-solving complex cases, mentoring clinicians, and helping families and treatment teams develop practical strategies that make a meaningful difference in everyday life.
Tara believes effective ABA is about more than reducing challenging behavior or improving data; it is about helping people communicate, build independence, develop meaningful relationships, and achieve greater success in their daily lives. She values connection, collaboration, and bringing warmth and humor into the therapeutic process.
Outside of ABA, She enjoys spending time with family, good coffee and food, meaningful conversations, and finding reasons to laugh. She is naturally curious, loves learning new things, and believes there is always room for both professional growth and a little fun.
Tara’s philosophy is simple: ABA should help people live better, more independent, and more meaningful lives!
