I joined the company in May 2026, bringing several years of experience in the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) field. Since beginning my career in 2019, I’ve had the opportunity to grow through a variety of clinical and operational roles. I started as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), then became a Clinical Trainer and Safety-Care Trainer before transitioning into an operations-focused scheduling role in 2021. Since then, I’ve worked with the Operations teams at three ABA organizations, where I’ve developed a passion for creating efficient processes, supporting clinical teams, and helping ensure high-quality services for clients and families. I’m excited to bring my experience and collaborative approach to this team and continue making a positive impact.
