McKenzie earned her Master of Arts from Ball State University and has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2020. She has experience supporting individuals with various disabilities and their families. In addition to her clinical experience, McKenzie has served as a Clinical Director for an ABA company in Florida, where she gained valuable leadership experience and supported both clinical teams and the families they serve. This experience strengthened her passion for mentorship, collaboration, and maintaining high-quality, client-centered services.
McKenzie is passionate about providing individualized, compassionate, and evidence-based care while building strong relationships with clients, families, and fellow providers. She is committed to helping each client develop meaningful skills, greater independence, and an improved quality of life.
