My name is Kae, and I am a BCBA with a background in Psychology, Special Education, and Applied Behavior Analysis. I have experience supporting learners and families across homes, school/afterschool programs, daycares, clinics, and community settings, with a focus on creating meaningful, flexible support that fits each family’s goals, values, and everyday life.
I believe every learner has their own way of understanding the world, and one of my favorite parts of this field is helping them find their own rhythm while building skills that matter most to them! I enjoy helping families and educators better understand Special Education and ABA so they feel confident, comfortable, and empowered to support growth both during and beyond our time together.
As a clinician with Autism and ADHD, I recognize that every learner experiences the world differently. My experiences have strengthened my ability to identify barriers from multiple perspectives, bring families, educators, and providers together with a shared understanding, and help everyone feel confident in responding consistently to support meaningful growth. I believe there is rarely just one right way to learn, communicate, or grow, so I strive to create flexible, individualized approaches that evolve alongside each learner.
