Hello. My name is Alyson Deel, and I am a BCBA with B Above Services. I have been in the field of special needs care for almost 10 years. I first worked in Medicaid Waiver services as a PAC provider before transitioning into clinical ABA therapy as an RBT. I later transitioned out of the clinical setting and back into Waiver services as a Behavioral Consultant. I have been consulting for about the last five years. I am very excited to be providing ABA services now in the home, schools, and community settings. I earned my Master of Arts degree in ABA from Ball State University in 2021 and have now received my BCBA as of March 2026. I have a passion and drive to help others, and be that driving support for individuals to succeed. I have much experience with individuals of broad ages and diagnoses, including multiple diagnoses cases. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, and have served individuals in the Spanish-speaking community for years. I am always excited to learn more and challenge my understanding of the world and the people who live in it. I am very excited to work with you and get to know you and your families!
