Ashlee Keuneke is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with 21 years of experience working with children and young adults with autism and developmental disabilities including 14 years certified as a BCBA. Her career has spanned clinical practice, special education, consultation, and clinical leadership, giving her a broad perspective on the many systems and people that influence a client’s success. She has spent much of her career developing clinical programs, supporting and training teams, supervising behavior analysts, and creating systems that promote high-quality, ethical, and effective ABA services.
Ashlee has a particular passion for instructional design, multidisciplinary consultation, and developing practical approaches to teaching that can be applied across settings. She also enjoys mentoring new and emerging BCBAs and helping clinicians develop the skills, confidence, and clinical reasoning needed to grow in the field. With a creative background that includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Ashlee brings a thoughtful and creative perspective to her work and enjoys finding ways to make learning meaningful, engaging, and individualized. Outside of work, Ashlee enjoys reading, traveling abroad, and exploring new places with her husband.
