Jordan is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for the past 10 years, with an undergraduate degree from IUPUI and graduate degree from Ball State University. She is passionate about helping children and families make meaningful progress while creating supportive, compassionate environments where both clients and staff feel valued and seen. Jordan believes in leading with collaboration, authenticity, and a family-centered approach to care, and she is dedicated to helping teams grow while making a lasting impact in the lives of those they serve. Jordan also has a passion for mentorship and training the next generation within the field of ABA to ensure high quality delivery of ABA services, truly individualized per child and family.
Outside of work, Jordan enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters who continually keep her busy and on her toes at all times.
