Andrew has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2016, beginning his career as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). As B Above’s Training Specialist, he leads the development and implementation of innovative training programs designed to elevate clinical quality, operational efficiency, and staff performance across the organization. For the past eight years, Andrew has served as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), contributing his expertise to support industry standards and professional excellence. He is passionate about building scalable systems, optimizing processes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, ethical care for every patient served.
