Heather is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) serving children and families through compassionate, evidence-based ABA services since 2008. She is passionate about helping both clients and clinicians reach their fullest potential, with a special focus on mentoring future BCBAs and supporting early-career behavior analysts as they develop confidence and clinical expertise. Throughout her career, Heather has held leadership roles in clinical training, quality assurance, and organizational development, where she has developed training programs, strengthened clinical systems, and fostered a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. She believes that the best outcomes come from strong relationships, individualized support, and empowering clinicians to provide exceptional care. Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, cheering on her kids from the sidelines at soccer games and ballet performances, and unwinding with a good book.
