Christa Osterloo, MA, BCBA, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Abnormal Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Indiana University Bloomington in 2013 and her Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism from Ball State University in 2017.
Christa has worked in the field of applied behavior analysis since 2013, beginning as a Behavior Technician before becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in 2015 and later earning her BCBA certification. She holds experience providing ABA services across school, daycare, home, clinic, and community settings, working with individuals of varying ages, communication styles, support needs, and behavioral presentations.
Christa is trained in Professional Crisis Management (PCM) and has working knowledge of American Sign Language (ASL). Her primary professional interests include early intervention and helping children build meaningful communication, independence, and functional life skills through compassionate, individualized, evidence-based care. Through her experience, Christa has gained particular specialties and an interest working with kiddos that are mostly non-verbal!
