Stephanie Dille-Huggins, M.A., BCBA®, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, clinical leader, and CODA (Child of a Deaf Adult) based in Indianapolis, Indiana. With 15 years of experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA), she specializes in building culturally responsive, accessible, and system-level services for individuals with autism spectrum disorder and their families. Her work focuses on expanding equitable access to high-quality, ethical care—particularly for Deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals who have historically faced significant barriers. Since beginning her career as a behavior technician in 2011 and becoming a BCBA in 2015, Stephanie has led innovative initiatives to integrate American Sign Language (ASL) into ABA service delivery, adapt assessment tools for culturally responsive application, and design treatment models that prioritize communication, inclusion, and quality of life outcomes. Stephanie has held key leadership roles, including Director of Clinical Education at Cornerstone Autism Center and Director of Clinical Integration at UNIFI Autism Care, where she oversaw multi-site clinical operations, supervision systems, and scalable service delivery models. She is the founder of Connecting the Spectrum, a nonprofit initiative advancing interdisciplinary collaboration, education, and advocacy to expand ABA-based services within the Deaf and hard-of-hearing community. A national conference presenter on Deaf/hard-of-hearing and autism practices, Stephanie also mentors emerging clinicians, partners with school systems and multidisciplinary teams, and contributes to higher education to help shape the next generation of culturally responsive providers.
